Before you start
Ensure that you have:
- read the terms and conditions
- confirmed that the location is on highway maintained at public expense
You will need to provide:
- the applicant’s details
- the business details, if different to the applicant’s details
- details of the type of furniture required, including pictures or photos
- a location plan
- a copy of your public liability insurance certificate (minimum of £5 million)
- confirmation that you have completed the following:
- completed a risk assessment
- received consent from nearby property owners/occupiers
- checked the proposal with your local planning authority (district council)
- checked that your insurance covers the furniture detailed
Payment
A payment link will be sent following receipt of your application. We will usually send this within one working day. We will not begin processing your application until payment has been received.
What happens next?
Once we have received confirmation of your payment, we will process your application.
