Local Waiting Restriction Programme 2018/19
East Devon
Proposals were advertised from 19 September to 12 October 2018 following the decision made by the East Devon HATOC on 12 July 2018.
For those sites that did not receive any comments, works orders are being raised for implementation as soon as resources allow.
The comments submitted during the consultation were presented to the East Devon HATOC on 7 December 2018 where a decision was made on how to proceed on those sites. Works orders will now be raised for the sites approved for implementation.
The traffic order was sealed on the 4 February 2019 (Devon County Council (East Devon HATOC) (Traffic Regulation) Amendment Order 2019)
However the proposals for Pathwhorlands, Sidmouth will be implemented in 2019.
Exeter
Proposals were advertised from 13 September to 4 October 2018 following the decision made by the Exeter HATOC on 30 July 2018.
For those sites that did not receive any comments, works orders are being raised for implementation as soon as resources allow.
The comments submitted during the consultation were presented to the Exeter HATOC on 6 November 2018 where a decision was made on how to proceed on those sites. Works orders will now be raised for the sites approved for implementation.
The traffic order was sealed on the 22 January 2019 (Devon County Council (Various Roads, Exeter) (Control of Waiting and Loading) Amendment Order 2019)
Mid Devon
Proposals were advertised from 28 August 2018 to 18 September 2018 following the decision made by the Mid Devon HATOC on 11 June 2018.
For those sites that did not receive any comments, work orders are being raised for implementation as soon as resources allow.

North Devon
Proposals were advertised from 6 September 2018 to 27 September 2018 following the decision made by the North Devon HATOC on 28 June 2018.

South Hams
Proposals were advertised from 31 August 2018 to 21 September 2018 following the decision made by the South Hams HATOC on 6 July 2018.
For those sites that did not receive any comments, work orders are being raised for implementation as soon as resources allow.
The comments submitted during the consultation were presented to the South Hams HATOC on 23 November 2018 where a decision was made on how to proceed on those sites. Works orders will now be raised for the sites approved for implementation.

Teignbridge
Proposals were being advertised from 14 September to 5 October 2018 following the decision made by the Teignbridge HATOC on 26 July 2018.
For those sites that did not receive any comments, work orders are being raised for implementation as soon as resources allow.
The comments submitted during the consultation were presented to the Teignbridge HATOC on 15 November 2018 where a decision was made on how to proceed on those sites. Works orders will now be raised for the sites approved for implementation.

A modification to the proposals for Hamilton Drive and Nelson Place, Newton Abbot is being considered. Details are available below and any comments should have been submitted before 2 January 2019.
A modification to the proposals for Fore Street, Bishopsteignton is being considered. Details are available below and any comments should have been submitted before 15 March 2019.
However the proposals for these modifications will be implemented in 2019.
Torridge
Proposals were advertised from 23 August 2018 to 14 September 2018 following the decision made by the Torridge HATOC on 24 July 2018.

West Devon
Proposals were advertised from 23 August 2018 to 14 September 2018 following the decision made by the West Devon HATOC on 16 July 2018.

A traffic order was sealed on the 8 November 2018 (Devon County Council (Various Roads, Cross Roads, Hatherleigh, Horrabridge, Tinhay, Okehampton, Tavistock & Yelverton) (Waiting Restrictions) Amendment Order 2018).
Further proposals were advertised from 17 January 2019 to 7 February 2019 for South Zeal following previous proposals in 2017.
The comments submitted during the consultation were presented to the West Devon HATOC on 22 March 2019 where a decision was made on how to proceed on those sites. Work orders will now be raised for the sites approved for implementation.
