Incident details

The following information is required in relation to the incident:

• Exact date and time of the incident
• Map of the incident location
• Photos of the defect and surrounding area (if safe to do so) – this will assist us with pinpointing the correct defect and location
• Photos of the property damage – this will assist with your claim and prevent any fraudulent claims from being submitted
• Cost of repair and copies of receipts
