HR support for early years and childcare settings
A reminder that the Devon Early Years and Childcare Service provides funding to enable early years and childcare providers to high quality advice and support on HR matters through the Devon County Council HR One service.
HR One can provide support with:
- grievance and disciplinary processes
- restructures/redundancies
- any aspect of HR policy interpretation
- absence management including supporting occupational health referrals
- TUPE transfers
- employee relations
