Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) 2023

We are opening our funding round for the Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) in Devon 2023.

The HAF programme provides physical exercise, healthy food and enriching activities during the school holidays. The programme offers valuable support to children on benefit related Free School Meals (FSM) and their families across Devon.

Devon County Council are keen to work with a wide range of partners to deliver the programme to maximise resources and opportunities in the development of a countywide programme, by upscaling provision working with existing and new providers in areas of high numbers of FSMs.

Become a HAF provider

Applications are open for 2023! We invite you to make an application to become a HAF provider over the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays this year.

Please read the service specification which contains the link to the application form. The funding round is open from 09/01/2023 and closes 06/02/2023 at 12 noon.

Please note – we are updating the website to include the data on FSMs in schools across Devon; some numbers will not be viable for a HAF scheme. Please keep a look out for that information before you submit your application.
