What we are doing
We will be carrying out drainage work on the A3072 from Coffintree Cross to Cadbury Cross between Monday 9 and Friday 20 March 2026.
Work will be carried out across the carriageway from the junction with Windmill Plantation to Cadbury Cross and for safety reasons the road will be closed to all through traffic throughout the work period.
Diversion route
Please see the road closure and work area highlighted in red on the map below, with the signed diversion route shown in blue.
The diversion route will be fully signed for road users via the A3072, A396, A377, A3072 and vice versa.

We will maintain access for residents and businesses within the closure area but delays should be expected. Access for emergency vehicles will always be maintained.
