Before you start
Ensure that you have:
- read the terms and conditions
- confirmed that the location is on highway maintained at public expense
You will need to provide:
- the applicants details
- emergency contact details
- reason for the request
- location details, including a location plan
- pictures or photos of the proposed furniture or objects
- confirmation that you have:
- public liability insurance (minimum of £5million)
- consent from nearby properties
- carried out a risk assessment
Payment
A payment link will be sent following receipt of your application. This will usually take place within 24 hours/one working day. We will not begin processing your application until payment has been received.
What happens next?
Once we have received confirmation of your payment, we will process your application.
