Tools to Assess Neglect (NSPCC Graded Care Profile 2 GCP2) practitioner questionnaire
The Devon Children and Families Partnership (DCFP) are trying to gather information on how the Graded Care Profile 2 Assessment Tool has helped you and the families you are working with. They are also trying to assess whether we need to run regular practice development sessions to help you embed the assessment tool.
The DCFP would be grateful if you would complete a short survey – it should take between 5-30 minutes, depending on whether you provide examples, case studies or storyboards (further details about this are detailed on the survey form).
