Provider information sessions
The Early Years and Childcare Service are holding a number of information and training sessions to support providers who are registered for Early Years Entitlements Funding over the next funding period. Sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams.
Our fortnightly information sessions will continue until the end of March.
Information sessions
The next sessions will take place on:

- Any updates regarding the Early Years Funding Entitlements
- Provider Agreement
- Provider Self Update
Funding overview session
We also have a funding overview session which is aimed at newly registered providers, new administrators or any provider that would like to join us for a recap.
- Thursday 28 March – 7.00pm -8.00pm Click here to join the meeting
This session will cover:
- Details of each of the Early Years Entitlements that are available for each age group
- Additional funding streams that are available to support children
- How and when funding is claimed for each funding stream
- When payments are processed as per our payment schedule
How to complete your Summer Headcount task
The Early Years Funding Team will be running virtual training sessions around how to complete your Summer Headcount tasks. A Provider Portal demonstration will be part of these training sessions.
