The following guidance details what you will need to know and the information you must be able to provide when completing your submission. Please take the time to read this as you will not be able to submit your response without the information detailed.
Landowner details
In order to process your response, we will need to know your:
- name
- address
- email address
- telephone number
Responsibility
You will need to provide:
- your reference number – you can find this in the top right of your letter, starting with W, D, or ENQ
- confirmation or not of land ownership
- If you are the landowner please attach images showing the work that has been carried out
