Dear Colleagues,
NHSE SW Dementia team is hosting a session on:
- Delirium in Care Homes
- On 21st May 2024
- 14.30 to 15.30
Dr Rachel O’Toole and Rebecca Furzer from Somerset have kindly agreed to present and will focus on recognition and management of delirium within the care home setting. We would like to welcome all care providers, so both statutory and non-statutory providers as we know it is important for all organisation who care for people with dementia to understand delirium.
This is an MS Teams meeting and people can join virtually so please forward this invite on to colleagues who support people on the dementia pathway.
