Mindfulness courses

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Free mindfulness courses are now available to help improve health and wellbeing and reduce stress. You’ll learn ways to bring mindfulness and awareness into your daily life, both within work and at home, through regular meditation and gentle movement. The sessions are run as weekly or monthly courses by the Devon Wellbeing Hub and the University of Exeter. North Devon Care Homes Team offers virtual training sessions

The free sessions are open to all services in North Devon only and they run from November to the end of January. The timings vary so please check available time slots.
