eLearning for social care providers
Devon County Council have partnered with Flourish to provide part funded social care courses for all adult care providers in their catchment area. This has just been extended to 31st March 2026.We are looking to extent the funding depending on feedback and uptake. Please complete this quick survey with feedback.
Devon’s local authority have purchased access to the ‘Click’ platform and all of its courses to allow your organisation to develop your staff’s learning. ‘Click’ can be accessed for £1 per learner, per month, plus VAT, specifically for our Adult Social Care online course bundle. This is subsidised by Devon County Council who will be covering two thirds of the cost of ‘Click’. To access the platform, use the form and our team will get you setup in no time.
Micro Providers and Personal Assistants will receive fully funded social care courses in the Devon catchment area, more information on the page here.

How to access the platform
To sign up for an account, all providers, personal assistants and personal budget holders please contact the learning team. Fill in the required details and add that you would like an account under the Devon County Council part funding. A member of the team will then be in touch with you to set up an account.

GDPR
All accounts are set up independently with Flourish. As a Local Authority, we cannot see any of the providers who access the system as part of our funded offer. These are set up independently and as such, any organisation will have oversight of their own accounts only. As a local authority Flourish will send regular updates on the providers who are using the system, the number of learners they have set up and the total numbers of each course that has been taken across the county. This is the only data we receive. Flourish has provided this level of access to a range of Local Authority providers since we started operating in 2006. Please take a look at the GDPR Statement.

If I have offered a new member of staff a role how soon can they access? You can sign up any new staff as soon as you want them to access. This could be great use of time to complete training while waiting for DBS.
