Our frontline management roles make a critical contribution to the improvements we are making in Devon, by supporting our social workers to do their very best for children and families, every day.
Team Managers have direct management responsibility for the allocation, oversight and quality assurance of the work undertaken within their team. They will promote and sustain good multi-professional and multi-agency working within their locality and engage across the community to promote the welfare and safety of children.
Assistant Team Managers will work with Team Managers to ensure effective running of social work teams to include oversight and
quality assurance.
You’ll be encouraged to learn through supervision and restorative practice. Our Frontline Manager development opportunities will help develop your knowledge, and skills so you can grow into future roles.
