Our Engineering Teams design, commission and monitor large and small projects across the County including major roads, bridges, recycling centres and cycle routes which are crucial to the future environmental and economic wellbeing of Devon.

Highways and Traffic Management
The Highways and Traffic Management Team maintains, operates and improves the highway network to enable safe and resilient links for its users. The team operate the highway network to enable the flow of traffic. Find out more.

We maintain 58 redundant landfill sites, ensuring they have minimal impact on the environment and are eventually returned to a useful condition. Devon Waste Management are split between two key areas: the Strategy & Communications Team and the Operations Team. Find out more.
