How we support people

Our legacy mentors are experienced nurses, or colleagues in other regulated professions. They provide essential professional advice and guidance and pass on a ‘legacy’ to the next generation through mentoring, coaching and pastoral support. We play a crucial role in supporting staff health and wellbeing and career progression across both NHS and social care settings.

Our career navigator provides career guidance to colleagues through bespoke career coaching to help them identify their potential. They are involved in the development of career pathways and support people with job applications and interviews, using their understanding of the roles and development pathways available.

Coaching opportunity for social care

We have the opportunity to offer 10 colleagues a programme of six one to one career coaching sessions (six sessions per person) with an external coach. This is a fully funded programme and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. To register your interest and to find out more, please contact Annie at
