South West Care Home Network event on 22nd June 12:30 – 15:00. The event will provide opportunities to hear from Care Homes specifically around managing deterioration. They will also be celebrating the networks achievements over the last 12 months and be discussing next steps, so they can all create a network we are proud to be part of, sign up here!
The event will bring together care home managers, staff, leaders, CCGs, local authorities and experts from across the sector to look at improvements, examples of good practice and interventions that will support and develop care homes.
