Mindfulness courses

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Free mindfulness courses are now available to help improve health and wellbeing and reduce stress. You’ll learn ways to bring mindfulness and awareness into your daily life, both within work and at home, through regular meditation and gentle movement. The sessions are run as weekly or monthly courses by the Devon Wellbeing Hub and the University of Exeter. International recruitment for care homes and other adult social care providers: online discussion

The Proud to Care team invites you to a meeting to explore how international recruitment can support recruitment of registered nurses (phase 1) and senior care workers (phase 2) in care homes.  Please come along and share your views to help shape future recruitment in Devon. Improving adults oral health in care homes

Devon County Council has commissioned the Oral Health Improvement Team to improve the oral health of adults in care homes. The team is running free training sessions through November and December. To book a place and to find out please read the flyer, email the team or phone them on 01392 405705.
