The Enterprise Centre offers high-quality office, coworking and collaboration space. It provides tailored support for entrepreneurs, business start-ups, and small and medium-sized businesses that have potential for high growth and innovation, and is complementary to Petroc’s Centre for Technology & Innovation Excellence (CoTIE) and Institute of Technology.

Town Square, an expert operator of business incubation and acceleration facilities across England and Wales, provides the business support and runs the centre on behalf of Devon County Council.

The remainder of the employment land on the site has been successfully bid for and, when fully developed, the business park is expected to support around 350 jobs, with 100 of these hosted in the Enterprise Centre.

Work to expand the building, which will increase the available office space by a further 537 sq m commences in June 2022 with contractor ISG undertaking the construction on behalf of Devon County Council.
