T Level industry placements are bespoke to each business, allowing you to tailor the placement to your needs.
Finding the right student for you is an important two-way process.
Step One
Visit the T Level website and enter your postcode to find your nearest school or college offering T Levels.
Step Two
Work with your local college or school to find the right student for you.
They might ask you to set out a specification for the role.
Step Three
Ask the school or college for details on what the students are learning and when. This will help you time the placement to fit the skills you need.
Step Four
Consider running a short recruitment process or conducting interviews. (Some colleges even run ‘speed dating’ style events for employers to meet students before running recruitment interviews.)
Step Five
Think about offering students some work taster activities. This is a good opportunity to assess students’ suitability before committing to a placement.
