Following the freehold transfer back to the Council of 2-4 Meeting Street, Exmouth for the sum of £1.00, to regularise lease arrangements with the Exmouth Ceramics Group, already in situ. A peppercorn rent will be charged. The Exmouth Ceramics Group will have repairing responsibilities and pay proportionate utility costs.
September 2021
It is recommended that County Council land adjacent to the Wray Valley Trail, Moretonhampstead (3 acres) be declared surplus.
August 2021
It is recommended that unused land at Stickepath Hill, Barnstaple (152 square metres) be declared surplus.
July 2021
Subject to agreement between Devon County Council, Manor Farm Tenants and Network Rail it is recommended that part land at Manor Farm, Holcombe be temporarily licenced to Network Rail to provide compound and haul road to enable rail improvement works at Dawlish.
To return 2-4 Meeting Street into DCC ownership for the sum of £1.

It is recommended that DCC lease of 0.1Ha of land for the purpose of cultivation to High Bickington Community Property Trust (CPT).
It is recommended that DCC lease the land between Barnstaple Rugby Football Club and the Western bypass to Barnstaple Rugby Football Club for a period of 25 years, with the provision for break clauses at 10, 15 and 20 years.
It is recommended that the former landfill site adjacent to Fourwinds in Okehampton is declared surplus and disposed of
