Decision Taken:

To declare the land adjacent to Fourwinds, Tavistock Road, Okehampton, EX20 4LX surplus and disposed of.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

Devon County Council no longer requires the land. Disposal will relieve the Council of ongoing maintenance liability and generate a capital receipt.

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

To retain the land and maintain it at Council expense.
