To return 2-4 Meeting Street into DCC ownership for the sum of £1.

Decision Taken:

To accept the transfer of the freehold interest in 2-4 Meeting Street, Exmouth from Rethink (previously, The National Schizophrenia Foundation) for the sum of £1.00, as required under the terms of a service contract between the parties, which has now expired.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

2-4 Meeting Street will provide replacement office and public facing clinical provision for DCC’s patch based Public Health Nursing Team.

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

To dispose of the site and generate a capital receipt.
