Decision Taken:

To declare the site (1.8 acres, 0.73 acres of green space) surplus and dispose.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

This site is no longer required by Burrington Primary School as the school was closed on 31/8/2017. The site is, therefore, surplus to requirements and can be disposed of.

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

To retain the land and maintain at DCC expense.
