To declare the site (land directly adjacent to the eastern boundary of 1 Keaton Road, Ivybridge, PL21 9DH – 40sqm) surplus and dispose of.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

This site is currently designated HMPE (Highways Maintainable at Public Expense) and no longer required by DCC’s Highway Service.

This disposal will forego an ongoing maintenance liability to DCC.

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

To retain the land and maintain it at DCC expense.
