In accordance with the requirements of the Members’ Code of Conduct adopted by the County Council, all County Councillors are required to provide a record of their interests in a public register and must also declare any interest in any matter being discussed at a meeting. The code is published in the Council’s Constitution.
The general declaration and also the declarations made by Members at meetings can be accessed from their individual profile pages. You are also able to search any Councillors or Committee for declarations of interests and of course, the declarations can also be found in the minutes of the meeting.
