Welland House offers care for children with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex medical needs, and sensory needs. The home features seven bedrooms—four upstairs and three downstairs—though we are registered to have only five bedrooms in use at any given time.

Located in Barnstaple, one of the oldest and largest towns in North Devon, Welland House is surrounded by a rich history and vibrant culture. The town was granted its charter in 930 AD by King Aethelstan, the grandson of Alfred the Great. Barnstaple lies to the north of Dartmoor and to the west of the stunning Exmoor National Park. Additionally, there are beautiful beaches nearby at Saunton and Woolacombe.
