Childminder course
The childminder course will provide you with the information that you will need to decide childminding is for you. It includes who needs to register, what you need to consider, set up costs, being self-employed, the Early Years Foundation stage, Ofsted’s role, signposting to further training and documents and where you can get support.
The training will consist of 4 hours virtual sessions (delivered through Microsoft Teams):
- 22 May 2025: 12pm – 4pm
- 27 June 2025: 9.30am – 1.30pm
- 13 Sept 2025: 10am – 2pm

Working as a childminder
