Our service managers provide inspirational, inclusive and engaging operational management in delivering key statutory services. Driving forward good social work practice delivery across all teams and implementing continuous improvements and positive changes.

A fundamental pre-requisite for this role is a strong, inclusive manager who can influence, build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, particularly with our multi-agency partnerships, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
