Our Strategic Plan (2025-2029) was launched in Autumn 2025, which outlined the values we want to live by as an organisation. Our values define how we lead, how we serve, and how we work together.

They define how we lead, how we work, and the basis for our relationships with each other. They guide our decisions and shape our culture at every level within the organisation.

Our framework has been developed with input from colleagues across all levels of the organisation. It reflects what we stand for, the standards we hold ourselves to, both individually, and as a team.
