TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

From:  Monday 6th April 2026

To:      Monday 5th October 2026

No persons shall proceed on the sections of the affected paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.

Public rights of way affected:

FOOTPATHS No. 11 & 18, WelcombeThe paths will be closed from its northern end from the road, the western end from the road and south end from the green lane.

There is no alternative route.

The closure is necessary due to a damaged bridge caused by a large fallen oak tree.
