TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
From: Thursday 4 June 2026
To: Thursday 3 December 2026
No persons shall proceed on the sections of the affected paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
Public rights of way affected:
FOOTPATHS No.4 & No.5, LANDKEY
Footpath No. 4 – from the junction of Footpath 4 and Footpath 5, heading west, parallel to the existing treeline, to just beyond next hedge line
Footpath No. 5 – from the junction of Footpath 4 and Footpath 5, heading north to the outer northern perimeter of the development site

The alternative route is via a constructed temporary route signed on the ground, along the south, west and northern outer perimeter of the development site.
The closure is necessary to enable the construction of a new housing development
