TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
From: Thursday 12 March 2026
To: Friday 11 September 2026
No persons shall proceed on the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that path. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
Public right of way affected:
FOOTPATH No. 5A, TEIGNMOUTH for the full length
Teignmouth Footpath 5A temporary closure map
The alternative route is via Teignmouth Footpath 5 and Cliff Road.
The closure is necessary to enable works to be carried out that requires machinery crossing the footpath.
