(FOOTPATH NO. 1, LYMPSTONE)
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
The order came into force on Monday 9 March 2026 and would have expired on Tuesday 8 September 2026.
By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until 8 March 2027 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
No persons shall proceed on the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
Public right of way affected:
Footpath No. 1, Lympstone from Church Road at its northern end, to its junction with Footpath No. 2 at its southern end.

The diversion route is along Stone Lane, to the east.
