Provider network meetings
Calling all early years and childcare providers in Devon – childminders, nurseries and pre-schools! We are pleased to let you know that the autumn term provider network meetings are ready for you to book! This is your space to network, collaborate and influence – while also receiving key updates from the Early Years and Childcare Service.
This term we will deliver two face to face meetings per locality and one online session per locality.
Provider network meeting dates:
- Wednesday 4 November 2026 (6.30pm – 8.30pm) – North Devon (venue tbc)
- Wednesday 11 November 2026 (6.30pm – 8.30pm) – Honiton
- Thursday 12 November 2026 (1pm – 3pm) – Exeter
- Monday 16 November 2026 (6.30pm – 8.30pm) – Stover
- Thursday 19 November 2026 (1pm – 3pm) – Online (Exeter and East)
- Thursday 19 November 2026 (6.30pm – 8.30pm) – Online (West)
- Wednesday 25 November 2026 (6.30pm – 8.30pm) – Plymtree
- Thursday 26 November 2026 (6.30pm – 8.30pm) – Kingsbridge

School-aged childcare provider network meetings (HAF, Wraparound and free breakfast clubs)
School Aged Childcare (SAC) now brings together HAF, Wraparound Childcare and Free Breakfast Clubs under one programme. To help providers stay up to date, informed and connected, we are launching combined termly SAC Provider Network Meetings, with all future communications coming through a single network.
These meetings are your opportunity to:
- Hear the latest local and national updates
- Keep up to date with funding, requirements, key dates and developments
- Access training and professional development
- Share ideas and learn from other providers
- Build valuable connections across the sector

- Registration visits: when they do and don’t take place
- Tax-Free Childcare and Childcare Tax Credits

- Plus programme updates, networking, and provider discussions
School age childcare network meeting dates:
- Monday 12 October (6pm – 7.30pm) – Online
- Wednesday 14 October (1pm – 1.30pm) – Online
