The Pip Centre, South Molton, in partnership with Devon County Council, is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from established and/or new early years and childcare providers to operate from The Pip Centre, South Molton.
This is a unique opportunity to establish or expand high-quality early years provision in an area where there is clear demand for places for children aged 0–4 years.
The premises consists of:
- 1 x kitchen
- 2 x play rooms
- 1 x sleep room
- 1 x office space
- 1 x outside garden area
