We want to draw your attention to a webpage: Opportunities for Development – Information for childcare providers

If you are a childcare provider and want to expand your portfolio or an individual wanting to set up your first nursery – this is where we will post opportunities that may be of interest to you.

Where possible we will include details about the need for places if data is available.

Our locality teams will keep an eye open in their areas for opportunities so they can be shared with you whether they are commercial premises to rent or buy, providers wishing to sell or move on or ‘other’ opportunities like the one in Ilfracombe where Ilfracombe Town Council have a building to lease to a childcare and are working in partnership with us.

The expression of interest process for operating nursery provision out of a former children’s centre building will be added to the webpage as soon as details are finalised.
