The Early Years Professional Development Programme (EYPDP) is an exciting opportunity for early years practitioners to improve their understanding and skills in supporting the development of the most disadvantaged children between the ages of 2 and 4. An update on staff changes within the Early Years and Childcare Service.

Devon Early Years and Childcare Service are running online sessions in February to give an overview on what funding is available, the eligibility criteria, how they need to apply for different funding streams and how a child can access funded time. Providers, please share with families, parents and carers.

A new website has been developed which includes resources needed by all those involved in getting toothbrushing programmes set-up and running. There is also a fully funded session on Oral health running on 12th March at 6pm – open to all early years and childcare practitioners and out of school practitioners.
