Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The sum of £57,000 has already been approved for this project.
Recent rewiring works at this School have exposed areas of Health and Safety concern in relation to asbestos and asbestos debris. For Health and Safety reasons, we need to make the affected areas
safe by removing and replacing of ceilings.
Approval is requested to increase the allocation for this project by £8,000 to £65,000 and this will be funded from savings on the emergency lighting project at Stoke Hill Junior.
