Decision to award the contract for CP2430-23 South West Collaborative Call-Off Framework Contract for Traffic Data Collection 2024-2028, following an FTS tender process.

Decision Taken:

To award a contract to the below organisations for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 15 April 2024, for a period of 24 months, with an option to extend for a further 24 months up until 31 March 2028.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of suppliers achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A competitive process was undertaken from which 12 bids were received these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
