Devon County Council has had a Joint Venture with Devon Norse and NPS for the last 15 years plus. The Joint Venture has just been renewed for a further 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years. The new Joint Venture with South West Norse will bring together Devon Norse’s facilities management, cleaning and catering operations with NPS South West’s multidisciplinary property consultancy services.
