Facilities Management Contracts

I would be most grateful if you would provide me details in respect to any Catering, Cleaning, Security, Technical Services (this includes and planned or reactive repairs & maintenance) and facilities management services you have on contract. The details we require are:

Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

Devon County Council has had a Joint Venture with Devon Norse and NPS for the last 15 years plus.  The Joint Venture has just been renewed for a further 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years.  The new Joint Venture with South West Norse will bring together Devon Norse’s facilities management, cleaning and catering operations with NPS South West’s multidisciplinary property consultancy services. The Council spends £8 million on Facilities Management, cleaning and catering annually, and £4.3 million on Property advisory services. Expenditure varies according to each year’s programme. The Council’s budget book is available from this Devon County Council webpage
