Devon County Council do not hold this information for every child known to our social service department.
We do hold it for children in our care, but we do not hold a central record of this information. To access it would require a search of every child’s individual care file. Due to the volume of files, the time it would take to do this would be in excess of the appropriate limit of 18 hours. We are therefore not obliged to provide this information pursuant to s.12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
