Using Stover as a venue

Why not have a relaxed meeting or training event surrounded by 114 acres of woodlands, heathland, grassland, marsh and lake at Stover Country Park.

Located 15 minutes from Exeter at Drumbridges roundabout; on the A38 in between Newton Abbot and Bovey Tracey, we have a range of different site available for hire.

Good to know:

– We cannot guarantee parking for any of our site hires; parking is available in the onsite public car park and subject to purchasing a parking ticket.

– Bookings are not finalised until a deposit and paperwork have been received

– Minimum charge applies

-The Stover Rangers’ office is open 9.00-5.00 (rangers may be working out within the park)

-A half day hire is anything up to 4 hours, a full day hire is up to 8 hours within office hours 9.00-5.00 (this includes your set up and take down)

-The Stover Centre has an accessible toilet in both the public access and private hire areas

-The Stover Centre and Community Workshop are accessible for all, whereas our outdoor sites do have uneven surfaces due to their nature

– It is recommended to visit the sites to make sure they meet your requirements beforehand

– The income generated from the hire of spaces is used for the maintenance of the park.
