Summer Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme – bookings open Monday 8 June at 12pm!
We’re excited to let you know that Summer HAF bookings will shortly be live on Eequ · After school. In place of school. Beyond school. and will be taking place during the holiday period between 20th July and 6th September.
This Summer, in more than 170 locations across Devon, exciting Holiday Clubs will be offering fun, safe and engaging activities for children and young people. Following our most successful Easter programme yet, we’re delighted to be bringing even more exciting opportunities this Summer, with both our established providers and new organisations who have joined the programme this year.
There are some fantastic new additions this holiday, including:
- Family and friends’ days, designed to support children who may feel a little nervous about attending a holiday club for the first time
- Reclaim the Parks outreach days, with teams of Youth Workers out across Devon delivering food and fun activities in local parks – particularly aimed at secondary-aged children, with spaces available to book in advance or on the day (via a simple registration process)
- A continued and strengthened focus on inclusivity and SEND provision, with support available across both universal and specialist settings
What’s on offer?
Children can enjoy a huge variety of activities, including:
- Reclaim the Parks events
- Family & friends days
- Swimming, climbing, martial arts and horse riding
- Sailing, water sports and outdoor adventure
- Rugby, Football, tennis, archery and volleyball
- Cooking, crafts, drama, music and dance
- Specialist SEND provision
- Life skills and accredited courses
There really is something for everyone, for a fun-filled Summer, whatever their interests!
Many clubs offer extended hours for working parents and paid for places for friends who are not eligible for HAF provision.
Booking information
- Families can book up to 16 funded sessions per eligible child
- Attendance at a family and friends day will not impact your child accessing their full 16 sessions
- Activities will take place throughout the Summer HAF holiday period – 20th July to 6th September

Additional eligibility is available for some children and Young People through our extended eligibility criteria.
