Professional Development Programme 3 (PDP) – supply costs

For those practitioners that have, or are undertaking the PDP3 training, supply costs will be paid based on the number of days training undertaken by the practitioner.

Payment will be made direct into a providers bank account as per the details we hold for payment of the early years funding entitlements and will be marked as ‘PDP’.

Supply costs are paid at the rate of £80 per day up to a maximum of 10 days training.

Payments will be made for the following cohorts by the end of March 2024:

  • Cohort 1 – February – October 2023 – 10 days of training
  • Cohort 2 – September 2023-June 2024 – the equivalent of 5 days of training
  • Cohort 3 – January-September 2024 – processed April/May upon receipt of the course completion notification to Devon from the Department for Education
  • Cohort 4 – April – December 2024 – payment dates pending
