Findings of Ofsted’s Big Listen public consultation
The Big Listen was launched in March. It gave professionals, children and learners, parents, carers, and the public an opportunity to give their feedback across 4 areas: Ofsted’s culture, inspection practice, reporting and the impact of inspection. Ofsted has now published the response to the Big Listen, setting out the actions they will take to address what they have heard.

Some members of the Nursery Plus Team have been undertaking Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) training. VIG is a positive strengths-based approach to analysing interactions between adults and children in order to support practice and relationships.
