Multi-agency practitioner and manager survey – information sharing

We need to hear from many more practitioners, managers and leaders, especially from early years settings!

As part of our multi-agency thematic review on information sharing, the Quality Assurance Workforce Delivery Group is keen to hear directly from practitioners, managers, and leaders about what is working well and where we can strengthen our approach.

This short, anonymous survey (around 5 minutes) is an important part of the review alongside audits and practitioner conversations, and will help us build a clear, shared picture of practice across Devon Safeguarding Children Partnership.

Your feedback will directly inform partnership learning, guidance, and system improvements, so we can better support timely, high-quality information sharing that makes a difference for children and families.
