Important changes to Family Hubs / Locality Early Help
The Family Hubs and Early Help localities teams are merging into Family Hubs Devon and are moving to a three-locality model which will be:
- South and West
- North/Torridge and Mid Devon
- Exeter and East Devon
To reflect this, we will be making changes to our systems and processes, and how you can contact us for support and help.
Family Hubs:
- Submit a family hubs support request form – can be completed by family, professionals / practitioners, and Front-door (if appropriate)
- Family Hubs advice line: 0800 538 5458 (Mon – Fri 10am – 4pm)
- Family hubs – Children, families and education
Early Help Triage / Right for Children / Newsletter / Locality Partnership Meetings
From the 9 June the four current locality email addresses (earlyhelpexetersecure-mailbox@devon.gov.uk, earlyhelpmideastsecure-mailbox@devon.gov.uk, earlyhelpsouthsecure-mailbox@devon.gov.uk, earlyhelpnorthsecure-mailbox@devon.gov.uk) will no longer be active and will not be monitored. Any emails sent to these email addresses will receive an auto response requesting that you resend your enquiry to the appropriate place.
