Provider Agreement – updated 1st April 2026

Dear Provider,

Our provider agreement has been updated from 1st April 2026 in line with the changes to the funding entitlements for under 5s, Ofsted Inspection Gradings and Statutory Guidance around transparency when charging parents extras and having reasonable options for those who choose to ‘opt out’.

We shared the draft version with all funded providers on the 6th May and following feedback, this has now been finalised and uploaded to the website.

Please can we ask that you familiarise yourself with the contents of the provider agreement as it contains the answers to many of the questions that we are frequently asked on the helpdesk.
