Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) – South Devon jobs hour

The South Devon DWP Employment Team are holding a South Devon Jobs Hour, taking place on Thursday 6th November 2025, from 11am to 12noon. This online event will be hosted via their social media channel @JCPInDevon on X (formerly Twitter), and will spotlight live job vacancies across Newton Abbot, Torquay, Totnes, Brixham, and surrounding areas.

What to expect

Throughout the hour, we’ll be sharing a range of local vacancies—posting one every five minutes—using the hashtag #SouthDevonJobsHour. It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase your roles to a wide audience of active jobseekers in the region.

How to get involved

If you have any vacancies that you’d like us to feature, please send them to our South Devon Employer Team: southdevon.employerteam@dwp.gov.uk by Tuesday 4th November.

We’ll include them in our schedule and promote them during the event. We’d also love for you to join us live on the day to engage with jobseekers and boost visibility.
